Section 4: Department of Motor Vehicles
Related items are Citizenship, Driver’s License (DL), Identification Card (ID), Permit (Learner’s Permit), and License Plate (LP). ALL must be renewed every 6 months.
Section 4.1: Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
- First-time applicants need to complete a Citizenship Application (https://zfrmz.com/dv7ddhcQm1BdipVyXkCV).
- Residents and Tourists get ONE free Citizenship Application PER SL ACCOUNT.
- PERMITS are issued to those 15 and 16 years of age.
- Cars, trucks, mopeds, scooters, and motorcycles are all vehicles that require a DL and LP.
- Cedar Creek ONLY requires REAR-facing LPs.
- Realistic vehicle use only. All vehicles are to be no more than 100 prims.
- Aircraft, military vehicles, and fantasy vehicles are not permitted.
- Changes, updates, and renewals have a L$30 charge and need to be submitted through the Update/Vehicle Registration Form. (https://zfrmz.com/8wnFd0EHC1pD6QLSwvQA)
- EACH vehicle must have its own registration.
- LPs MUST be on vehicles that can display the plate such as PSC, SZYM, and Lusch. All others must be in the USER’s profile picks via a list of vehicles and their plate numbers.
- Convictions and traffic citations can result in the suspension of your DL/Permit. To reinstate these, you will need to contact the Clerk of Court.
